SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 7–14 business days after purchase. Shipping is done via USPS on business days (Monday–Friday).
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 1–5 business days within the U.S. and 7–21 business days for international orders. Please note, for international shipping, we are not responsible for any customs or duty fees.
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped.
For added security, you can select signature upon delivery at checkout to ensure the package is handed directly to you. If you don’t choose this option, you’ll need to file a claim with USPS if your package is lost or stolen.
By completing your purchase, you accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking status shows delivered or in transit, we are no longer liable for the shipment.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR JAMAICA ORDERS:
If you are located in Jamaica, please use your shipping company mailbox address in the U.S. when entering your shipping details at checkout. We do not ship directly to Jamaica addresses. Using your mailbox ensures safe and efficient delivery via your preferred courier service.
